| Jabajak is the only vineyard in Carmarthenshire, and makes a fabulous backdrop for Welsh country weddings. However, while we see plenty of grapes each year, the young vines haven’t yet yielded a big enough harvest for us to go to a pressing and bottle our own wine. However, we’re hoping that 2013 will be the year… Meanwhile, we continue to cultivate our kitchen gardens to grow a range of fresh vegetables, edible flowers and herbs for consumption in the restaurant, and we’ve recently joined forces with other Welsh vineyards to offer tours around our rapidly growing vines. |  |
