Our farm, Jordanston Hall, is just outside Letterston. The area is beautiful, with lots of historic buildings. My dad and my uncle built up this farm from the 1920s onwards. We now farm nearly 3000 acres, and grow about 140 acres of spuds. We’ve got Maris Peer, King Edwards and other favourites, and this year we’re trying some exciting new varieties including Rudolph and Belana. We’ve worked with Puffin since 1999, and they’re great partners with a really strong marketing drive.

What I love about this area is the diversity of farming that you find here, plus the climate and soil that work so well together.
