The Hatters Bar and Bistro style Restaurant – found inside The Park Hotel has been recently refurbished combining the old with the new. The Hatters bar for pre-dinner drinks still has its original fire place with oak wood paneling serving real Welsh and English locally brewed ale’s.The Hatters Bistro style restaurant is light filled and very modern with views of the Hatterall hill and is one of the most pleasant settings.The restaurant is open from midday and serves International cuisine made from the most fresh and highest quality ingredients from local suppliers such as Vin Sullivan’s.
