Jonathan’s Flowers was established in 1993 to deliver new inspiration and a personal service to the South Wales Floristry Market.

The company is owned by Jonathan; a distinguished freelance floral designer based in South Wales offering a very individual and personal approach to his work. 

Jonathan has expertise in creating floral designs for weddings and corporate clients, and has recently started to offer a demonstrating service.  He possesses an invaluable source of knowledge, keeping abreast of the latest trends and is continually re-thinking traditional styles.

Since training at Pencoed Horticultural College over 20 years ago, Jonathan has gained substantial experience in the florist industry, including:

Fulfilling requirements for countless weddings;

Private clients such as Catherine Zeta Jones and Bonnie Tyler;

Prestigious Borough Council events incorporating the Queens Royal Jubilee Visits of South Wales;

Demonstrating at many events to sell-out audiences at The Grand Theatre Swansea;

Competing at many Horticultural Shows including Royal Welsh Agricultural Show, achieving top prize of Best in Show;

Reliably supplying two leading hotels in Swansea and Cardiff for over 15 years.

Maintaining flexibility, Jonathan’s work has taken him across the border, working at numerous events including ‘Glorious Goodwood’ and ‘Royal Ascot’ and at a number of venues such as Wentworth Golf Club and Trinity College Cambridge.

Jonathan recently attained his Masters in Professional Floristry at the Academy of Floral Art.
