Stuart Darrell has been keeping Bees for about 10 years.
His hives are situated in the countryside of North Carmarthenshire and in Breconshire.
The Bees collect their pollen from the wild flowers found in this part of Wales and also the Heather in the Brecon Beacons National Park.
Stuart is a second generation Bee Keeper with his father collecting a swarm from the Wellington statue in Brecon circa 1949 as shown by the picture and the article in the Brecon and Radnor Express Newspaper.
One in three mouthfuls of the food we eat is dependent on pollination.
