Kerry Vale Vineyard is a family-run business, owned by husband and wife team Russell and Jan Cooke.
In February 2020 we purchased the vineyard from founder Geoff Ferguson. Prior to being a vineyard, the site was home to an old blacksmiths house called Brompton View, sixteen extremely dilapidated buildings and six acres of farm land. Consultation on the land revealed ideal growing conditions for vines and so 6,000 vines later in March 2010, Kerry Vale Vineyard was born!
We love to share the vineyard with our guests and during your visit we welcome you to explore at leisure, take in the stunning countryside and experience the beautiful sense of space and tranquillity the vineyard offers – we’re confident you’ll love it like we do!
Café and Shop
Make the most of your visit. Once you’ve explored the vineyard, why not sit back and relax in our contemporary yet cosy new café, shop and visitor centre. You can enjoy a glass of wine, complemented by one of our delicious locally sourced cheese platters prepared in the vineyard kitchen. Or indulge with a traditional afternoon tea, served with wonderful English sparkling wine – a delightful way to spend the afternoon.
Cellar Door Shop
Inspired by a Dutch barn that once stood on the vineyard, our purpose built shop welcomes visitors with its contemporary and modern design. The shop offers a range of wines, and a selection of locally produced food and gifts which we are happy to wrap for that perfect present.
Seasonal hampers and gift vouchers are also available.
