Emma & Paul of the White Swan

Having gained a reputation for fine dining using only the best local ingredients, for years The White Swan has been a popular haunt for local food lovers, and today is no exception.
Paul Owen and Emma Williams took over at The White Swan last year, and have continued to produce excellent and imaginative dishes with a fantastic warm welcome. Head chef Paul has over 20 years experience and trained under James Wilke of The Ritz Hotel, London, and continued to ply his trade by working in some of the UK’s top establishments. Emma, who is restaurant manager, has gained valuable hospitality experience working in the fine restaurants of Normandy, France and in the VIP and hospitality lounges of Parc Y Scarlets, Llanelli – home of Scarlets Rugby.

Their A la Carte menu for 2013 is one that has been designed for varied palates, and has caught the eye of local foodies. Emma explains “We designed this menu with everyone’s taste in mind. We only use the finest ingredients in our meals, and we have kept the prices as reasonable as possible considering the quality of our dishes. Since we launched our menu earlier this year, it has proved to be extremely popular.”.”
