Elliots have been farming in St David’s for over 50 years. I’m currently farming around 50 acres of potatoes — a mix of Lady Crystal, Maris Peer, Charlotte, Elizabeth and King Edwards. We’ve been part of the Puffin Produce team since the mid-1980s, so we’ve definitely forged a strong working relationship with them!

What do I do to take my mind off potatoes? I love sailing, photography and watching a good rugby game. And gardening — you can’t keep me away from the land for long.
