About Taste Inn Wales

We are a small family run business. ‘Taste Inn Wales’ was created twenty years ago by two passionate chefs – Glyn Bridgeman and Sean Gerrard – with Jessica Bridgeman – the brains and green fingered one.
Our first love has always been food, and specifically, really good, simple food. Our second love is our home – Wales – this is why all our ventures are situated within the stunning Brecon Beacons National Park.
Each place has been lovingly restored with its own authentic character and history. It matters that their provenance ‘lives on’ and is brought back to life.
We guarantee a spectacular location, fabulous food and friendly people. Focus on the things that matter, do them well and the rest will follow.
